Social media
Facebook is the place to be for companies, bloggers, and influencers. In 2021, Facebook claimed 2.9 billion users. You can be sure to find your future customer. Your Facebook page is a powerful tool to communicate information about your business, your industry or build and animate to your community. You can promote your products or events and share more news about your business.
Add all your business information
Business information on Facebook has 3 goals:
Help your customers to reach you: your company information can be added on Facebook Pages. They will be available on the tab “About”. Your visitors will be able to find your address, your email, your website, and plenty of other useful information.
Increase the trust: More there is information about your business better it is. Information such as website, address, and email help to increase trust.
Drive traffic to your website: you can add your website URL to drive qualified traffic and help people to find and buy your product.
Create an appropriate Call To Action
Facebook allows the page managers to add a Call to action in the header. This CTA is customizable meaning that you can choose between several messages and push your community to specific actions:
Download: sending to the App Store,
Contact: opening a Facebook Messenger discussion,
More information: sending to a website page…
You can change your CTA depending on your ongoing campaigns. For example, you’re running a Christmas campaign with a special product offer. You can place a call to action that sends visitors on your dedicated landing page to know more about the offer and of course, to convert.
Create several posts categories
For example, you can segment your content into 5 categories:
➡️ Industry news
➡️ Company news
➡️ Product information
➡️ Entertainment
➡️ Campaigns
You will need to test each category on different day / time ranges. For example, entertainment posts can have more engagement during the weekend while product information posts have more engagement on Tuesday at 3 pm.
I advise you to realise several tests before creating your final schedule and categories.
Update your visuals
You need to update your visuals regularly.
This action will be beneficial for your brand awareness. After a few weeks, visitors do not pay attention anymore to your brand and forget about you. Updating your visuals will refresh your image and push your page in front of your followers.
Secondly, you can promote your offers or events via your visuals. For example, if you have a Christmas campaign, your Facebook banner and profile picture have to describe your ongoing campaign.
Implement your personalised tabs
Facebook gives you the possibility to implement personalised tab to your page. These tabs will allow you to share specific messaging and promote other aspects of your company.
For example, you can integrate your Trustpilot page and show all customers’ reviews. You can also integrate a job description to accelerate recruitment.
